Per Capita Income Slows in South Bend - Elkhart Region, Drops to 83.7 percent of National Rate SOUTH BEND, Ind. (May 12, 2025) – Per capita personal income (PCPI) in the South Bend – Elkhart region grew less than a percent in 2023 from 2022, according to U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) data.
